- Location: Beijing,Customer Support Center AP/亚太区客户支持中心,北京

Job Responsibilities:
1. Give application, engineering and training support for assigned products portfolio to CN & AP assigned customer technicians and specialists in RC;
2. Give hotline support with a dedicated support level concept, bug verification and trouble-shooting (if necessary on site), for assigned products portfolio to CN & AP assigned customer technicians and specialists in RC;
3. Provide Product managers ,quality managers and Sales Managers with market-feedback /information on product quality and customer requirements for the assigned products;
4. Maintain tools for the hotline and support processes above;
5. Participate in system tests for new products from company and headquarters to ensure product quality from customers point of view and as preparation/know how acquisition for support tasks.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above with major in Electrics or related major;
2. Familiar with Fire product and application, good at PC, networking and related programming;
3. Experienced in service or support business for fire and security products;
4. Experienced in intercultural cooperation;
5. Fire products commissioning experience is preferred;
6. Good command of English, both spoken and written;
7. Good communication skill, customer oriented;
8. Good team work.
