Job Responsibilities:
1. Give technical training for assigned products portfolio to CN & AP and assigned customer technicians and specialists in RC;
2. Maintain tools& library for the training and training processes above;
3. Build up and maintain the related course contents;
4. Give hotline support with a dedicated support level concept for assigned products portfolio to CN & AP and assigned customer technicians and specialists in RC;
5. Provide Product managers, quality managers and Sales Managers with market-feedback/information on product quality and customer requirements for the assigned products

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above with major in electrics, automation control or related major;
2. Familiar with fire product and application, good at PC, networking and related programming;
3. Experienced in service or support business for fire and security products;
4. Good presentation skills, experienced in training coach is preferred;
5. Fire products commissioning experience is preferred;
6. Good command of English, both spoken and written;
7. Good communication skill, customer oriented;
8. Good team work; Experienced in intercultural cooperation;
