中国区招聘经理Regional Recruiting Manager-外企优先
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the business situation & perspectives, plan, check & control headcount budget, follow annual/quarterly/monthly recruitment plan from top management;
- Work with Recruitment teams for innovatory projects, special issue, tough problems, etc. to reach a proper performing or wise resolving;
- Create, build & optimize the recruitment criteria, regulation, and process for local detail practice;
- Conduct recruitment channel analysis (website, newspaper, internal, headhunter, campus etc.), negotiation and finalization; support & perform JD compiling and posting;
- Support the local countries to lead a qualified headhunter/agency vendor list that contribute to our expanding business, build a constructive partner relationship;
- Build network/connection with universities to support Group Recruitment;
- Track and report hiring statistics, monitor and improve recruitment process & performance;
- Conduct the assigned recruitment cases with quality by required time line;
- Other duties and projects as assigned to support department and corporate objective.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related discipline;
- Around 10 years working experience in total;
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities, in a fast-paced environment, and being open to change;
- Demonstrated ability to drive HR/Recruitment process simplification and deliver top quality customer services;
- Strong business acumen, analytical and project/process management skills;
- Ability to communicate using English;
- Aggressive, result oriented, strong pro-active, good team management ability, willing to independent working and good trouble shooting ability.
