职位描述：
岗位职责:

Principal Objectives:
1. To responsible for daily order process including order entry & billing for customers of ASPAC
2. Follow up delivery status and chase related documents for shipments & payments.
3. Prepare contracts for channel partners and customers.
4. To tidy up & file all documents in order such as customer’s order, order confirmation, packing list and invoice etc.
5. Post invoices weekly to channel partners and customers in ASPAC.
6. Update variety of order/sales report sheets weekly such as order log and documentation records etc.
7. Any other inside sales related job required if necessary

任职资格:

Knowledge & Experience:
1. BSc degree in business or foreign trade
2. Fluent English skills both in written and oral
3. Minimum one year related working experience.
4. Proficient PC skills on Microsoft office especially on Excel
5. Familiar with Lotus Notes and SAP will be a plus.
6. Well communication and interpersonal skills
