职位描述：

This role serves as the primary ‘day to day’ HGS liaison with packaging suppliers, the distribution centers and our account managers to ensure that the necessary items are ordered and delivered on time within budget.

Responsibility
· Serve as the primary operational contact for HGS team, managing all packaging orders
· Work in conjunction with Distribution Centers and suppliers to ensure on time delivery
· Provide accurate and timely information regarding artwork approval, and production schedules of promotional items to meet launch date
· Collect the rolling forecast and share to suppliers ,to manage the inventory at proper level
· Develop and manage relationships between suppliers and DCs/ HFM
· Gather /distribute DC monthly case movement reports, assist supplier to fix the variances between DC’s report and actual volume/ product price
· Monthly update consumption data base
· Maintain specific data (PCN/PIF) into the identified systems (e.g. EYES system), and manage the whole process. · Support other team members with data statistical analysis, price/ volume cross check.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Supply chain knowledge, understanding logistics
3. Accurate reporting/good with numbers (Ability to work with excel)
4. Be able to communicate in English
