Overview:
NXP Sales operation team is currently seeking a business analyst to support the sales & marketing functions for Greater China. Responsibilities include sales strategy, business planning, opportunity funnel and Design win management, working with Sales team.
Qualification and Education:
? Prefer Bachelor degree with 2 years working experience or Master degree with 1 year working experience.
? Prefer economics, business management, statistics related education background
? English and Mandarin Speaking
Skills requirement:
? Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of MS office tools;
? Strong interpersonal and team building skills, able to work with a diverse team across functions;
? Strong desire to learn with good learning attitude;
Roles & Responsibilities:
? Regional Daily revenue tracking to improve revenue driving gap closure action items with sales team.
? Prepare DW Monthly Reviews with Sales team.
? Drive Business planning to drive stability and growth.
? Consolidate & review revenue forecast for the different Business Units by account level.
? Drive Distribution teams weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews & tracking to drive double digit growth in distribution.
