Responsibilities:
Responsible for all the action related to the office, center (refrigeration system, power system, fire system and forklifts) and transportation (reefer trucks) maintenance work including office & storage rebuild and decoration, equipment & facility replacement and upgrade.
Control and manage maintenance & engineering project plan, Capex budget and cost.
Spare parts inventory control and management.
Manage contractors & vendors and make contract. Select qualified vendors to offer competitive price and service. Assure work on time and effective.
Maintenance & project data analysis and supervision in order to fulfill the company’s targets and goals.
Lead maintenance team for continuously preventive and predictive maintenance and improvement.
Manage, supervise and provide guidance to the team to execute their roles and responsibilities. Offer related training and career development.
As a project leader to participate in the DC all related project work.
Join and lead China Distribution Center project improvement.
Identify and support continuous Operational Excellence (OpEx) improvement initiatives.
Participate in company’s EHSS, DQMP, innovation, cost saving and training work.
As a window to do relationship work and communication with government and related institute including local government, Economic and Trade Commission, Environmental Protection Bureau, Land Planning Bureau and Special Equipment Inspection Administration.,etc
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor degree. Major in mechanical, electrical, engineering or refrigeration.
Engineering and maintenance project experience preferred.
People management experience.
Above 10 years facility management and equipment maintenance work experience.
Refrigeration experience preferred.
