Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the quality and thoroughness of the agency's work for international clients at a macro level
- Ensure long term stability of the account by looking beyond day-to-day requirements, building strong client relationships,tracking key performance criteria and revenues
- Maximize opportunities to add value to the client's business by offering new and innovative business solutions
- Achievementof profit objectives for the individual clients consistent with the profit plans for the office and company
- Pro-actively driving new business opportunities
- Manage and develop the account management team to ensure that they are delivery excellent work that consistently meets the client's expectation
- Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained across the account management team, and motivating employees to deliver excellence through building and maintaining a sense of commitment, enthusiasm and responsibility with team members
Qualification Requirements
- At least 6 years’ prior experience in client service in an advertising agency or marketing firm, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior management role with responsibility for managing a team of account management professionals.
- Bachelor degree and English language fluency are prerequisites for this role
- Successful candidates must be willing to travel as required to ensure the client's requirements are fulfilled
- Time management skills, grit and resilience are vital
- A passion for the advertising industry
- The successful candidate will need to demonstrate their capability to work in a fast-paced environment, and motivate their team members to work under pressure to deliver quality outcomes within deadlines

- 具备本科学历和优秀英语能力者优先考虑
- 合适的候选人需要有为了达到客户的需求而出差的意愿
- 时间管理、高抗压能力必不可少
- 对广告行业充满热情
- 能适应快节奏的工作环境,并激励团队成员在压力下不拖延进度内高效完成工作
