Job description:
1.Design the machine according to the marketing request.
2.Fully responsible for the electrical design of piston air compressors both high and low voltage, the major parts are motor, control panel, wire harness, meters and control systems.
3.Define the right type of each function module base on the specification.
4.Develop the PLC program of different products.
5.Work out the control diagram of the equipment.
6.Fully understand and work out the service diagram.
7.Be responsible for the module design, embedded system, plug-in system
8.Engineering BOM setup.
9.Update the design according to the production feedback to make assembly high quality and efficiency.
10.Release the design notification and follow up.
11.Support other departments like sourcing, service and manufacturing of technical things.
12.Give the technical support at the beginning of customer communication, coordinate the project.
Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree major in electrical or related, 5 years work experience in electrical design. Better having air compressor experience; equipment management is preferred.
2.Familiar of wiring layout, electrical control system, control panel design.
3.Good at AutoCAD and other general software.
4.Eager to learn the new things.
5.Good reading, oral and listening of English.
6.Good team work and communication.
