MISSION :
?An excellant Plastic Injection mold specialist who is motivated to follow up the design of our new molds build in China before they will be exported to Europe and US.
?Responsible on the activy from concept design to final drawings.
?In charge of the mold design and ensure that this mold will be build according specifications & improved by the Rheology result
?With an adequate experience in the Injection Molding process for technical parts.
?Able to attend the technical review with the Mold maker et project Manager to make sure the Mold design will be efficient and proposed the corrective action to improve Mold reliability and performance.
?Should be able to analyse any molding issue and take the appropriate action and contermeasure.
?He will follow up the mold design and improvement by a rigorous documentation and procedure.
?Manage the relation ship with company's plants future owner of the tools during the design phase and when tools will be sent to our companies.
?Very quality conscious and leading the design evolutions with rigor .
Experienced in the job:
?Around 5-7 years of rich experience in Mold maker company as senior designer. Recognized for his expertise.
?Very good written and verbal communication skills and being able to work in an international working context.

DETAILED COMPETENCY REQUISITES:
?Should be able to analyse the mold drawing, give orientation to the mold maker.
?Will be involve in the mold trial and propose the mold improvement.
?Good knowledge in injection molding for automotive parts (complexe mold, hot runner, high performance raw material, sensitive products).
?Very good in organisation and 5S.
?Able to deal with preventive maintenance to reach the automotive Quality targets.
?Able to deal with the Mold maker and raw material supplier
?Have a good level on technical English
? Strong plastic raw material knowledge : Mold equipments
?Mold flow understanding and result interpretation for design optimization.
?Strong communication skills as well a good team player; Technically / conceptually sound in his domain.
?Use to work with Microsoft and Autocad software or similar , used to make report
?Speak good English
?Desirable : Handling abroad colleague etcs
