Responsibility:
- Support the sales team by giving technical product support /给销售团队产品技术支持

Provide satisfactory and value added services to our customers to enhance and maintain the professional image of our company / 向客户提供满意的和增值服务，以提高和保持公司的专业印象
- Establish and maintain liaison with other departments within the Group to meet customer and the partner’s requirements / 跟集团内其他部门建立并保持关系,以满足客户及合作伙伴的要求。
- Offer technical training for customer and internal employees / 为客户和内部员工提供技术培训

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above in electric engineering, automation control or related areas/ 电机工程，自动化控制或其它相关专业本科或以上学历
- Minimum of 3 years experience in automation engineering or machinery industry / 三年以上从事自动化工程或机电设备制造业的工作经验
- Profound knowledge of Inverters, servo technique, fieldbus, PLC, etc/拥有丰富的变频器、伺服技术、现场总线、及PLC等知识
- Good service attitude & communication skills./良好服务态度及沟通技巧
- Good command of spoken and written English /良好地说和写英语
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office. / 能熟练地使用办公软件
- Team Player/ 有团队合作精神
- Ability to work under pressure / 能够在压力下工作

More than 60 regional sales and service engineers can support you from one of our 14 sales offices in China with profound industry and application knowledge. Our service plant in Shanghai Lingang further allows us to supply product repair, improvement and technical support.
