职位描述:
1.有外派客户IT支持维护经验,有跨国公司驻现场经验更佳.
2.熟悉HELPDESK支持流程.
3.良好的客户沟通技巧和端正的的客户服务态度.
4.熟悉WINDOWS 7/Windows8.1/Windows 10, LAN 局域网,及常用IT外围设备日常维护及安装.
5.熟悉MS Outlook 2010/2013客户端支持和设置。
6.懂得灵活掌握和处理客户多样需求,并把握服务原则和底线.
7.英语基础扎实,能进行书面口头交流沟通

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
? respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
? diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
? research questions using available information resources
? advise user on appropriate action
? follow standard help desk procedures
? log all help desk interactions
? administer help desk software
? redirect problems to correct resource
? identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
? track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
? prepare activity reports
? inform management of recurring problems
? stay current with system information, changes and updates
Education and Experience
? working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
? knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
? knowledge and experience of customer service practices
? related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support
? Proven working experience in providing help desk support
? Proficiency in English
? Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
? Strong client-facing and communication skills
? Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
? Customer service orientation
? BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
