岗位职责Responsibility:
1. Drive new business and promote Sinodis Coffee Studio products and solutions in Chinese food service (mainly coffee, but also tea& beverage ingredients);
2. To be in charge of developing sales opportunities and approached by Sinodis sales teams and Coffee Studio proposals;
3. To be in charge of implementing specific action plans among selected target customers, e.g. introducing new SKUs, account management, customer training;
4. To be in charge of the negotiation of all Coffee Solutions packages and finalize the communication till purchase orders;
5. Provide a full experience and solutions package to any potential customer of Coffee Studio;
6. Maintain a close relationship with Sinodis Current and potential customers; sales team and marketing;
7. Help on developing new brands that fill in product assortment needs for Chinese market;
8. Keep an eye on organic growth by identifying new customers, new products within the brand/products;
9. Strongly need to take initiative, strong communication and negotiation skills, great passion n meeting sales and penetration target;
10. Weekly and Monthly report on all activities and customer’s visit, provide strategies, solutions and action plans to match customers’ need;
11. Attendance to any event linked with the promotion of Coffee Studio product and service portfolio.

1. 2 years above working experience in F&B sales area,preferably with famous coffee brand or established distributor;
2. Shall strictly abide by the working disciplines and rules made by the company, and have the spirit of team work, respect and help each other;
3. Good communication skills, be positive and Active.
