Responsibilities
? To be quality metrics (DOA/RMA…) owner with strong problem solving skills
? Lead quality metrics regular review, special on customer claims
? Be external contact window with outside customers – PGS, SLM, Sales, End users
? Analyze CRM statistics data to get product quality improvement opportunities
? Establish and audit local CM-Wistec and Ops warehouse OOBA and drive findings improvement
? Perform PCTC Video/Server products DOA/RMA primary analysis
? Engage product OOBA test system setup in EMS/Ops warehouse and drive quality issue improvement
? Early involve product validation by HALT/HASS/DMT and SW RTM
? Create, maintain and optimize Ops product quality management related processes, quality plan and documentations
Qualifications
? Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering or Automation Engineering is required
? Be familiar with quality management – ISO9000, 6 Sigma green belt, 8D, QC7
? Be familiar with customer complaint (DOA & RMA) handling process
? 5+ years’ experience in electronic product NPI and manufacturing
? Diagnostic skills in electronic products is a preference
? English speaking, reading and writing
? Self-driven and result oriented
