职位描述：
Reporting: Organize budget (once a year) and Rolling forecast (2 times per year) and other Group
reporting (Opco MBR and group MBR), and coordinate with SSC for monthly closure.
？ Co-piloting the business: Provide up to date insight to our sales team on our sales performance,
providing sales team with the information they need to manage their accounts, and
providing management the information required to manage the business
？ Commercial analysis: Perform Various commercial analysis and propose improvements based on
analysis, examples are analysis of profitability of our accounts and local operations, and analysis of
sales performance
？ Overhead cost control: Manage overhead costs by Overhead-administration actual and forecast
reports to cost center owners.
？ Pricing modelling
？ Setup price modelling and work with project team to optimize price quotation to customers.
Price model to include product recipe, logistics costs, other cost elements
？ Tracing cost price trend for all products and estimate quarterly price
？ Report to management for any price fluctuation trend from time to time and propose how
to act based on these trends.
？ Help to improve the cost price of our locally produced products
？ Day to day manage 3

party contract manufacturer
？ Day to day communication with contract manufacturer accounting team to understand
product costs of each order.
？ Maintain product cost shadow book to verify costs
？ Frequent talk with logistic and plant director on product updates (tracking BOM updates,
etc.)
？ Financial risks and opportunities assessment.
？ Based on project requirement, work on the project assessment and business cases.

Education:
Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related
Experience:
At least 6 years finance experiences in which 3 years in finance
analyst position. Experience as costing accountant will be a big
advantage

Skills:
rofound knowledge about China GAAP and IFRS.
？ Proficiency in, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook
and PowerPoint.
？ SAP, BW, Hyperion experience is a plus
？ Strong analytical and modelling skills
？ Fluent in English, both in writing and speech.
？ Strong communication and inter-personal skills
？ Able to work independently and be a team player with
strong sense of responsibility and can work under
