Job Title: Contract Review Specialist
Report to: Operation Manager
Direct reports: N/A
Mission:
To assist the business lines to improve the terms and conditions to erase the risk in business.
Major responsibilities:
? Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Provide effective coordination with sales and relevant contract reviewers (Credit controller, Inside Sales, Logistic, Quality, Service, ACA , Legal Department etc.)
? Consolidate the comments from contract reviewers to business lines , give advice on better terms and conditions during commercial negotiation, to gain the best interest of company
? Review order change key terms, point out risky wording, check approving level,preparing the final version to Sales for BLM’s approval.
? Responsible for creating contract review tracking no. and contract filing no. separately for each contract
? Weekly review backlog/status of the contracts which are under review
? Update standard terms and conditions of sales contract according to actual requirements
? Make trainings to business lines of contract terms and conditions.
Candidate profile:
Education
? Bachelor degree or above
Experience
? 3-years’ experience in sales support and relevant contract review experience preferably in manufacturing companies.
Knowledge
? Trading process
Skill:
? Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex policies and contracts.
? Negotiation skill
? Presentation skill
? Microsoft Office skill in Excel & PowerPoint
? Be familiar with contract law is a plus
Language
? Good English skill both in written and speaking
