Job Requirements:

Checking all cost-related Payment Voucher;
Auditing materials cost calculation;
Collection of all cost-related documents from Production dept., Quality dept. and Material dept.
Making sure of timely input of all data;

Month end reconciliation between finance system and inventory system;
Checking Goods Delivery Notice;
G/L Voucher entry;
Quarterend intercompany Balance Confirmation;
Preparing statutory reports;

Monthly reconciliation of P&L and BS;
Internal report such as EIS, PG, Gap adjustment and other related issue;
To maintain accounting software system;
Contact with KPMG;

Assist Finance Controller on internal control;
Assist Finance Controller on finance analysis;
Auditing materials cost calculation;

Collection of all cost-related documents from Production dept., Quality dept. and Material dept. Making sure of timely input of all dataChecking Goods Delivery Notice and preparing sales invoices;
Doing the monthly cost calculation, Inventory reconcilation related costing report and analysis.

Maintenance the fixed assets system
Prepare the fixed assets /depreciation report
Prepare capital expenditure report
Prepare investment report to Benteler group
