PART I - POSITION SUMMARY 职位概要
Provide tactical and strategic inputs, and business/technical expertise, to Product Management towards ethical promotion of Teleflex products.
Will be responsible to ensure Teleflex remains high amongst stakeholders like key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, patients, paramedics, associations etc. by building and maintaining scientific partnerships .
Initiate and/or review and/or approve promotional, training, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) material in compliance with relevant SOPs/regulations/industry codes/working practices
Educate and train field and marketing and other relevant internal stake holders regarding all aspects of disease, product and therapy relevant to the promotional strategy.
PART II - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Provide clinical expertise, insight and support to clinical end-users, sales and sales management, marketing and other corporate departments to sustain and acquire business while maintaining and developing customer loyalty;
2. Support the appropriate clinical application of Teleflex Medical products via instruction, education, and understanding of these products and best practices;
3. Identify product attributes necessary to expand into new markets, or capitalize on new clinical applications;
4. Identify and support field sales efforts through clinical and educational customer needs assessment, product and procedural training, in-servicing, and required customer follow up (i.e., letters, approved product information, samples, educational materials, professional guidelines and standards related to best practices, and clinical/evidence based research articles).
5. Maintain and develop expertise on Teleflex Medical’s products, with particular emphasis on the product portfolio related to specific clinical specialty area and expertise.
6. Identify and expand the customer base through professional networking, consultation related to best practices and the appropriate use of Teleflex products, and timely professional follow-up.
7. Work in conjunction with sales representatives and sales management to properly identify, prioritize targets, and achieve corporate, regional, and territory goals and objectives
8. Manage all business-associated administrative tasks and responsibilities to support job related activities; to include strict adherence to the Teleflex Medical T&E policies and procedures, timely filing of required and/or requested reports, and documentation of activities via approved documents and forms.
9. Keep current with medical literature, clinical initiatives/guidelines, competitive landscape, and industry trends and communicate with sales management, marketing and other appropriate corporate departments.
10. Participate in educational, scientific, and promotional activities at identified local, regional, and national tradeshows / exhibitions
11. Membership in and participation as allowed in local, regional or national clinical professional organizations in accordance with clinical specialty area
12. Maintain professional and clinical continuing education, licensure, and credentials as applicable to clinical specialty.
13. Provide written and verbal communication to sales management and sales representatives regarding field activity and account information.
14. Adhere to and ensure the compliance of Teleflex Medical’s Code of Conduct, all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
15. Participate as a clinical team representative on project teams, committees and in meetings with various corporate departments to provide input as to the clinical perspectives on products and issues

EDUCATION 教育程度
Post-graduate degree in Medicine/ Pharmacology.
EXPERIENCE 工作经验
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in medical department of a pharma/devices company or in similar profile job.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills & influencing skills and can drive projects and processes.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.) 其他要求
