职位描述：
岗位职责：



1、依据客户对产品的质量要求及公司生产工艺技术水平，制定产品的质量标准，对质量管理体系及过程质量可靠性进行设计、研究和控制。

2、依据公司的质量方针和质量目标及产品质量标准，全面负责质量监察工作。

3、执行关于印刷包装工作的有关法律、法规和规定，辨识、建立相关质量方面的有效文件清单，作好宣传贯彻，学习和培训工作。

4、负责质量控制体系实施，做好工序质量控制，督促各工序认真执行质量控制的“三检”制度。

5、针对质量问题提出相应的整改措施，并负责监督落实；参加新产品发布会，质量分析会，跟进监督相应的质量标准的落实。

6、负责监督执行公司体系文件中的质量目标管理、过程质量管理、质量检验、不合格品、纠正和预防措施等控制程序。

7、参与质量投诉的调查、分析和处理，按有关规定及时上报事故原因分析和处理意见，并形成完整的报告。

8、积极参与推广新材料、新技术、新工艺、新方法的应用工作，督促、指导相关部门认真抓好质量规划的落实与QC小组活动。

任职要求：

1、做事客观、严谨负责、敬业、沟通积极主动、坚定而不固执

2、3年以上质量相关工作经验

3、1年左右印刷包装行业相关工作经验

4、质量控制的理论及方法 TQM,6σ

5、印刷包装知识，运用及实施ISO质量体系的能力，质量问题的分析及解决能力
