Position: Operational Security/Prototype Security

Division/Department: Security

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

This position ensures that all necessary preparations are taken to guarantee the Security of the VCIC during the night, weekend and non-office hours.

He/she will the operational Head of Security in absence of the Security Department Employees/Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

? Taking responsibility of Security / Fire Safety during non-office hours.

? Contact partner Security / Fire Safety for Management/Employees/Contractors during non-office hours.

Supervising / Managing external Security Contractor at VCIC

Defining responsibilities

Training of Guards

Motivating/Developing

Evaluating Guards

? Setting priorities

? Managing complaints

? Translation of Rules and Regulations to Actionplans

? Adapting work environment to needs of VCIC and Guards

? Taking disciplinary measures if needed

? Steering Guards to comply with Volkswagen Security Philosophy

? Making Personnel Planning for every shift

? Planning of LeavePlanning, coordinating Personel and Ressources in Emergency Situations

? Contactpartner to Police / Fire Brigade during non-office hours

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

? Public Security Bureau Officer Training

Personal skills:

? Structured, Dynamic and Flexible

Working experience (in years):

? 5 years

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

? Good IT Knowledge

? Chinese and English
