职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Create the materials purchasing planning and production planning based on the customer order and forecast根据客户订单和销售预测制定物料采购计划和生产计划.
2.Tracking and control production order progress status, adjust production plan if needs in order to ensure order on time delivery, guarantee production continuity, balance.
负责跟踪协调生产计划的执行，并依据实际情况调整计划保证交付，做好整个生产过程的异常控制保证生产的连续性、均衡性.
3. Arrange the new project tryout base on the status of customer order and production schedule. 在保证客户订单和依据生产计划安排好新项目的试模计划.
4. Incoming material label print and tracking the material enter in AS400system in time.
负责监控材料/半成品/成品的及时进出库,保证库存数量准确无误.
5. Monitor and controlling inventories at a reasonable level.
监控所有的库存物料,并控制在合理的水平.
6.Cooperate with the customer's logistics audit, and actively coordinate with the problem to improve. 配合客户的各项物流审核,并针对问题点积极的做协调改善.
7.Internal and external warehouse management and coordination, and regular assessment and supervision.内外仓库的管理协调,并定期做考核监督.
8.Department personnel management and KPI development and assessment.部门人员管理以及KPI制定和考核.
9.Any other works assigned by supervisors.上级指定的其他工作.

QUALFICATIONS:
1.College degree or above.大学以上学历.
2.Good English skills both speaking and writing英语口语书写流利.
3. Experience at least 5 years logistics dept. management related to automotive industry, including production and material planning/trading/purchasing and customer logistics coordination and audit/warehouse management etc. 5年以上汽车注塑行业物流部门管理经验, 包括生产计划/物料计划/进出口贸易/采购/应对客户物流协调以及审核/仓库管理等相关经验.
4. Team work, strong communication and management skill. Work under pressure.
团队精神,有良好的沟通和管理能力以及抗压能力.
5. Experience in logistics including production and material planning/trading/purchasing and customer logistics coordination and audit etc. 有生产计划/物料计划/进出口贸易/采购/应对客户物流协调以及审核等相关经验.
