Duties:

Mentor Graphics seeks an Embedded SW Engineer to support and provide services around automotive software in embedded C environment and related configuration tools in Visual Studio C++ and Java/Eclipse environment. The job includes:

Technical customer support
Customer integration support
Investigation of issues reported by customers
Bug fixing and releasing SW maintenance packages
Documentation

Your Profile:

Master/Bachelor of science in electronics or in data/information technique
Experience in C programming
Experience in C++ programming
Experience in customer communication
Good knowledge in tools used for embedded program development
Good knowledge of microcontrollers’ HW peripherals used in the automotive industry
Ability to work independently
Willingness to travel
Fluency in English

Additionally, experience in the following would be an advantage:

AUTOSAR user level or development experience
Knowledge of communication protocols widely used in the automotive industry like CAN, LIN, FlexRay including knowledge of bus monitoring tools e.g. CANalyzer, CANoe, etc.
Good knowledge in real-time systems and testing theory
