Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1、Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets within off trade channel while maximizing profitability by managing accounts through the entire sales process. 达成并超越商超渠道的销售目标,同时通过完整的销售过程管理客户,达致利益最大化。 | ||||||
2、Achieve and exceed distribution targets by opening new accounts and better penetrating existing accounts. 开发新客户,维护现有客户,达成并超越销售目标。 | ||||||
3、To proactively develop distribution of Summergate's brands across your assigned sales territory in off trade channel. 在你的销售区域所在的商超渠道内,尽力发展、推广美夏的销售品牌。 | ||||||
4、Manage payment terms and receivables, and cost control. 付款期和应收帐款管理,成本控制。 | ||||||
5、To implement trade marketing programs, in particular wine-of-the-month promotions. 销售及执行销售市场的计划,特别是当月的红酒促销。 | ||||||
6、Recuit, train and manage promoters. 促销员招聘、培训及管理。 | ||||||
7、To provide various sales and distribution reports and analyses about your accounts, and providing relevant market and competitor information back to senior management. 提供关于你客户的销售情况及相关销售分析报告,及向上级反映有关的市场及竞争对手的信息。 | ||||||
8、On-going development of wine knowledge and sales skills, conducting wine trainings with your customers when necessary. 持续保持自身对葡萄酒知识及销售技巧的提升,根据客户的需要提供有关红酒方面的知识培训。 Requirement:
