Reporting Line: Training and Talent Development Manager

Responsibilities:

New Comer Induction Program:

l Internally support for the Newcomer Induction Program including implementation of the Induction Plan, Self-Study Material

Training Administration:

l Assist Training Manager to organize and implement various training plans and to ensure the quality and progress schedule

l Administrate training related logistics, including trainees registration, directly communicate with staff to gather feedback or communicate information, facilities set up and management of training files.

l Maintain all the training records, and assist in production of training materials.

l To help implement the training needs assessment initiatives

Training Course/Program Design & Delivery :

l To help organize and coordinate the training courses

l Assist designing basic skill course together with the Training and Talent Development Manager and external training provider, and assist to deliver internal designed course

l Support on training process organization and material preparation

Others:

l Maintain good relationship with training vendors

l Other tasks or projects assigned by Training & Talent Development manager

Constantly inform and explain to employees all the necessary training policies and related information

Education and Skills Required:

· 1 year experience in the training function in large multinational company

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong coordination skill

· Bachelor degree required

· Native Mandarin and fluent English required

· Good at Microsoft office
