职位描述
JOB PURPOSE
? Perform all financial planning and analysis reporting for all activities.
? Ad hoc analysis and reports
? Ensure that the Finance Compliance program and Finance Policy of the Company are implemented in the area of responsibility
? Staff supervision and team leadership
? All other related tasks as assigned by the manager.
MANAGEMENT REPORTING
? Prepare and coordinate the periodic, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting, sales reports, monthly P&L and Balance Sheet, cash flow forecasting, capital expenditures reports, marketing reports.
? Detailed departmental reporting against budget and forecast for all departments on a monthly basis.
? Exploit company Business Intelligence system
? Ensure accuracy, clarity, pertinence, reliability and timeliness
? Text commentaries and analysis to supplement and explain financial reports.
? Includes P&L, Balance sheet, Sales, Headcount, Capital spending,
? Emphasise graphic and visual aids and indicators to better communicate results of analyses.
SUPPORT
? Support to marketing and Sales teams for analysis and key performance indicators
KPIs
? Establish and maintain for management a robust selection of key performance indicators.
? Communicate and explain to marketing and sales teams.
? Graphics, colour, visuals.
BUDGETS & FORECASTS
? Prepare and support the management in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing clear input templates producing meaningful reports and analysis.
? Plan multiple reviews prior to finalization.
OVERHEADS AND CAPITAL SPENDING
? Monitor the operating and capital expenditure:
? Prepare and communicate the cost center follow - up reporting in order to monitor operating expenses
? Monitor and analyse A&P spending
? Follow capital spending projects
COMMUNICATION
? Coordinate a monthly meeting with management to follow all financial results: Monthly Financial Result Meeting and Marketing and Sales Meeting.
? Ensure effective and timely communication with headquarters regarding the results, reporting, budget and forecast processes.
? Prepare all reporting and analysis for shareholders, and quarterly Board of Directors meetings.
PROJECTS
? Support all business projects including mergers and acquisitions, brand acquisitions and new brand roll-out
? Provide financial analyses for funding purposes.
OWN DEPARTMENT REPORTING
? Provide complete, relevant and timely reporting of own department activities ensuring that a departmental budget is prepared and adhered to.
? Ensure that own departmental costs are planned, budgeted and controlled strictly in line with budget.
OPERATIONS SUPPORT
? Ensure that all related operations receive timely and adequate financial guidance and support in the conduct of their activities including assistance in preparing capital budget requirements, cash management, P&L reporting.
? Visit operations throughout China as needed and when appropriate in order to perform departmental responsibilities and accountabilities.
COMMUNICATION
? To maintain strong constructive relationships with all operations and support function departments.
INTERNAL CONTROLS
? Responsible for internal control assessment of his / her department.
? Perform internal control self-assessment of the department.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
? Coordinate and organize team members work.
? Provide clear and effective leadership to to any staff under supervision.
? Promote positive and encouraging team leadership.
? Provide a clear succession plan.
? Promote worthy individuals within the organisation.
? Supervise the staff for their development: courses, seminars, trainings.
? Manage the departmental team to ensure that the missions, teamwork, cross-functional relationships, personal motivation, career development and succession plan are in a good order, including the areas of training, periodic appraisal process and talent management.
? Ensure that the Camus, China Group company values and ethics are respected within the department.
? Ensure that the department is compliant with company policies and procedures.
TRAINING
? Provide all appropriate related training to team and where appropriate to internal clients and stakeholders.
? Supervise staff for professional development, training courses, seminars.

? Ensuring always that the good reputation of the company is preserved and that the interests of the company and its shareholders are protected.

? Ensure that the company code of ethics and rules of compliance are adhered to at all times.

? Perform all other tasks as designated and required from time to time by management hierarchy and functional hierarchy
Requirement
EDUCATION
? Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance
? Degree in a second relevant qualification
? Qualified in Chinese accounting.
WORK EXPERIENCE
? At least 2 years in similar corporate position
? Relevant professional firm experience
SKILLS
? Strong, fluent English is a requirement
? English is a requirement - spoken, written and
? Native Mandarin speaker
? Strong influencing skills
? Experience in the wholesale, retail and catering environments is a distinct advantage.
? Strong analytical skills, and financial management skills
? Knowledge of French language is an advantage
