JOB PURPOSE:
? Create (if necessary) Responsible for implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, laptops, all IS assets and networks, IT standards, e-mail management and administration, user account security, back-ups.
? and implement IS standard operating procedures (SOP).
? Ensure the compliance and the reliability of the IS hardware,
? Coordinate with procurement for purchasing computer hardware
? Support deployment of corporate IS projects, policies and standardizations.

INFRASTRUCTURE:
? Evaluation, selection, implement and control IS infrastructure system projects such as servers, network & communication, including its supporting hardware such as PCs, laptops, printers etc. in order to reach business process target.
? Research, analyze, evaluate and implement IS tools (hardware-software, including telecommunication tool) to support business process efficiency and increase user productivity.
? Analyze and implement user specific requirement to finish job easier and faster. Define standard in computer preparation/installation in line with Global IS Software and Hardware deployment strategy to meet user requirements. Develop data recovery process in case of disaster.
? Accountable for IS Security of IS infrastructure in network, desktop & telecommunication system environment. Ensure high level of IS security by regular updating and monitoring Anti-Virus system, computer users access, Internet access, e-mail traffic, providing backup systems and most of all by complying with local & global IS Security policies, standards and guidelines.
? Manage IS Infrastructure support personnel to ensure that the missions, teamwork, cross-functional relationship, personal motivation, are healthy and coordinate user support for head office and operations.
SUPPORT TO USERS:
? Day to day responsibility for support to users, including Help Desk services.
BUDGET :

? Work within the designated departmental budget.
IT PROCEDURES:
? Develop, maintain & communicate IT procedures, plans, policies, standards, technology trends & IS news throughout the organization.
SUPPLY:
? Maintain a contact with IS suppliers and maintain knowledge of current technology, equipment, prices and term of agreements to minimize the investment required to meet established service levels.
TEAM MANAGEMENT:
? Manage technical specialist(s)
? Manage external providers of assistance
SPECIFICS
? Be responsible for maintenance jobs of server (ERP, email, File, BI, database, POS, etc), network (switch, router, firewall, VPN), UPS, air conditioner etc. to ensure continuous system availability.
? System backup and recovery. Design and carry out DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) exercises and rehearsals for business critical systems.
? Help implement incident and problem management, capacity management, configuration management, change management to comply with ITIL guidelines and standardize our IT operation.
? IT related procurement (quotation, contract, PO), vendors, contracts, hardware & software assets
? Maintain hardware, software standard, and IT inventory for all legal entities.
? Standardize configuration on users' computers, manage e-mail accounts, groups, distribution lists, and Windows Active Directory (a system for authentication and security).
? File server management including security, backup/recovery etc.
? Management of other infrastructure such as telephone, door access control, etc.
? Help implement other IT related procedures such as IT procurement, employee in/out, change management.
? Help create and document SOP for the above tasks.

Requirement

EDUCATION
? Masters degree in information systems.
WORK EXPERIENCE
? Infrastructure, application development and support
? At least 2 years in similar position with track-record of success

? Good communication skills ; important to have good networking skills and developed influencing skills.
