Job Responsibilities

Technical Support of Domino Servers, Notes Client, SmartCloudNotes, IBM Verse.

Manage day-to-day Domino 2nd level user support. Ensure primary production support procedures and change control procedures.

Familiar with adminp process, access control lists (ACLs), replication and other domino related procedures.

In-depth knowledge of the Names and Address book - various views , agents and processes

Automate day-to-day administration through agents, functions and lotusscript

Manage software upgrades of Domino servers and migration

Document all system designs and maintain documentation after all changes.

Implement any security standards that are required to ensure platform is secured

Support SMTP services on the SMTP servers

Submit Root Cause Analyses reports

Produce monthly SLA reports to customers

Maintain anti-virus software and mail quota maintenance

Provide Level-2 support to Helpdesk for client related issues

Support the users migration from customer's Domino servers to SmartCloudNotes servers.

Able to work on night shift in turn in the team

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)

Responsible and committed

In-depth knowledge of Domino8.5/9, preferably with knowledge of Cloud(such as Smart cloud notes)

Knowledgeable in Sametime, Lotus Traveler, AIX and Linux

Experience of supporting Domino on AIX or Linux is a must

Notes development experience is highly valued

Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates)

For Domino Administrator:

1.Excellent English communication skill

2.Excellent technical sense and strong capability of self-learning

3. Strong desire to explore in the technical field

Bachelor's Degree
