About this opportunity:
?Independently handle recruiting activities from requisition to employment, including sourcing, social networking use for recruitment, short-listing, screening, arranging interviews, candidate management and liaison, negotiation, reporting and drafting letters of offer/ employment contracts.
?Deeply understand position background and JD to search and screen suitable candidates.
?Select the most suitable channel for sourcing of candidates, including encouraging internal candidates, employee referrals, website posting, social networking, online job boards, newspapers and other mechanisms.
?Screen qualified resumes and conduct initial interview, providing a detailed interview evaluation of the candidate.
?Provide qualified candidates to line managers and make the interview arrangements.
?Track recruiting status, providing regular reporting on recruitment status.
?Negotiate offer details and manage offer process.
?Assist in reference and background checks for potential employees.
?Maintain the recruitment database with up to date candidate information, progress of open job requisitions, and other relevant recruitment information.
?Undertake related recruitment and HR administrative duties as required.
What we are looking for in candidates:
?At least 5 years working experience in recruitment, either with an agency or internal corporate recruitment, or in generalist HR with a strong focus on recruitment.
?Previous experience recruiting employees at senior levels including sourcing, short-listing, screening, interviewing, reference-checking, negotiating and managing all recruitment-related administration
?An excellent team player, who can take a consulting approach to recruitment by working with line managers to fulfil their people-sourcing needs.
?Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at the same time.
?Experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite of programs competently.
?Previous experience working in a high volume environment, with the ability to meet often tight deadlines.
?Excellent communication skills with fluency in both Mandarin and English, and the ability to manage the expectations of candidates throughout the recruitment process.
