*Marketing Executive*

The Role
We are currently focused on strengthening and expand our Marketing team in order to facilitate our planned growth for the coming years.

Reporting to the Marketing Team Head, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the marketing activities, to enable the marketing department to meet KPI targets, as well as general administrative support to the marketing department.

You will be responsible for
? Managing the relationships with business partners to coordinate and implement marketing activities such as adverts, emails, mailings, banners etc.
? Carrying out research to actively promote The Asian Banker conferences on relevant websites ensuring all listings are live and up to date.
? Designing and deploying email campaigns, for all of our conferences as well as organising the data and tracking results.
? Present extensive industry knowledge and identify new markets for growth
? Demonstrate quality customer service and focus on building strong sustainable client relationships
? Continuously be able to establish rapport in the industry
? Actively contribute to our client’s market share in the region
? Pro-actively and independently ‘hunt’ for new business as well as ‘farm’ from existing customers
? Be responsible for negotiating and signing new project contracts for the company
? General administrative duties
 


Skills/ Characteristics
? Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Marketing Communications or any relevant qualifications
? Good interpersonal and communication skills; excellent spoken and written skills
? A clear desire to pursue a career in events marketing and to learn the basics of B2B direct marketing
? Strong planning and organization skills
? Able to multi-task, good team player, highly responsible, meticulous, independent and fast learning
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
? Possess good personality and able to start work (5days week 0900-1800hours) immediate or short notice.
? Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged.
