工作内容：

用中英文双语或英文授课，教授托福和/或SAT（可以教授单科或多科，能够教授科目的数量和薪水高低挂钩）；

认真备课和授课，严格按照教学辅导计划按时完成教学内容；

严格执行课程计划，上好每门课程，促进学生均衡的全面进步；

积极参加教学部的教研教改工作，不断总结教学经验，改进教学方法；

及时与家长沟通，让家长知道学员在辅导学校的个阶段的详细的学习情况和心理状态；

有能力教授全英文美国教材，提供最权威的美国教材和专业培训机制，供老师备课上岗。

资质要求：

英语及相关专业；

能同时教授几门优先考虑；

必须有出国经历或有多年教学经验，硕士及以上学历优先考虑；

有海外教学经验或多年托福SAT教学经验者优先考虑；

拥有博士学历，有中国高校全英文授课经验但无出国经验的，同样予以考虑；

了解美国文化，流利使用并熟练英文表达，能适应全英文教学

薪酬待遇：

岗位工资，年薪140,000.00-350,000.00RMB；

绩效和/或奖金；
岗位工资随工作评价提升；
