工作职责：
1、 负责组织，实施新产品开发和研究产品技术改良，及时组织新产品的试制工作；
2、 负责组织制定公司技术管理制度和产品技术标准；
3、 负责及时组织编制公司技术开发计划，按时上报公司领导及相关部门；
4、 负责做好本部的技术图纸，技术资料的归档管理工作。负责制定严格的技术资料交保管制度、合理、充分的利用技术资料；
5、 负责及时指导、处理、协调和解决生产过程中出现的技术问题，保证生产经营工作的正常进行,确保公司生产计划的按时完成；
6、 抓好公司技术管理队伍建设工作，抓好人员的技术培训和提高工作；
7、 负责本部门人员管理，绩效考核工作；
8、 负责工厂品质异常，技术问题的处理。
任职资格：
1、机械制造或机械设计等相关行业大专以上学历，英语读写流利优先；
2、有闭门器工作研发工作经验；
3、10年以上工作经验，5年以上新产品开发经验；
4、熟悉机械制造或设计等专业知识，具备企业管理、法律等方面的知识；
5、掌握WORD,EXCEL等办公软件使用方法，具备基本的网络知识；
6、熟练操作CAD、SOILDWORKS、Pro.e等绘图软件；
7、接受过技术管理等相关知识的培训。
