职位描述：
工作职责：
1、 业务处理：
- 根据市场本年度营销情况，参与制定市场部下一年销售计划；
- 在分管区域内争取订单，巩固老客户， 开发新客户；
- 根据客户要求进行报价寄样， 跟踪反馈保持通信；
- 合同的确立， 签署， 执行和跟踪；
- 参与商务协商， 谈判， 确立合同项目；
- 销售合同/形式发票的签署付款方式确认；
- 合同跟踪， 对订单生产情况进行跟踪， 掌握生产进度和交货时间；
-协助验货事宜，及时寄付单据。

2、售后服务
- 协助处理客户投诉和索赔问题， 保证交货期和产品质量， 协商与客户之间的关系；
- 建立客户档案， 产品档案， 质量信息反馈表和货物统计台账。 举报 分享
