职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the distribution and manufacturing business in Sivantos China and work as a proactive team player to commit the business growth target on topline and EBIT
- Work closely with Corporate headquarter controlling team and provide group and local financial report timely and accurately
- Accounting in accordance with PRC regulations, company policy and IFRS
- Controllership & Treasury activities. Partners with the Sivantos China leadership team to execute on overall business strategy while overseeing day-to-day finance operations and business needs.
- Drive operational controllership ensuring routines and procedures are in place for clear and transparent closing & reporting
- Prepare, Implement and execute operation budget and lead the process to deliver the business result as budgeted/forecasted
- Implement process improvement initiatives
- Responsible for the daily management of the finance team, arrange daily work, provide necessary guidance, review their performance and improve staff working efficiency and skills;
- Keep in close communication with other department, provide professional financial suggestion and alert the financial risk to them;
- Coordinate internal and external audit work; handle and solve all questions and issues.
- Ensure compliance of China tax and SAFE regulations and finish corresponding reports and payments timely
- Other work assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:
- BS degree major in finance or accounting, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification
- 10+ years with JV/Foreign companies including 5+ years in Manufacturing
- Excellent business analytical & problem solving skills, with controllership and FP&A mindset
- Ability to operate across, and influence within, a complex matrix organizational structure
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and concepts including IFRS
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills including 5+ years experiences of leading a finance team
- High logicality with quick learning capabilities and a good work ethic
- High level of personal & business integrity and can work under pressure in a rapid growing environment
- Able to manage multi-tasking and deadline simultaneously
- Self-motivated, professional and willing to work hard under fast moving requirements
- Advanced PC skills in MS Excel preferred with proficiency in MS Words, PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of ERP system
