Organization Development Program focuses on improving and enhancing capabilities within organizations to meet Life Science and Chemical Analysis Groups' strategic and tactical goals. The Program focus is directed at the performance of people at the levels of individuals, groups and teams and pays particular attention to motivation, behavior, group dynamics, skills, competence, process, values development and performance measurement. Organization Development Program Manager/Specialist contribute to the organizations by addressing the needs of their most precious asset: people.

Responsibilities
1. Formulation of Organization Development Strategy
Work with the Management team to identify the organization needs and formulate strategy to support both short and long-term business objectives:
a. Continuously assess business (both internal and external) and competitive environment.
b. Facilitate Management stakeholders (General Manager and functional managers) to make organization development an integral component of their business strategies.
c. Conduct organizational skill audit. Capture development gaps to be filled. Identify and recommend organization, team and individual development needs.
d. Work with the Management team to formulate a powerful training and development strategy and implementation model.

2. Development of Organization Development Program
Leverage on Company's existing resources, such as HR programs, Agilent University, internal technical experts (Application Engineers, Product Specialists, Marketing & Solution Units) to develop and execute organization development programs. Screen and draw in external resources as necessary. In a context of a thoroughly familiar and real-world for the learner and takes full account of the business goals and strategy, design and implement:
a. Role-specific training and development initiatives, which cover both technical knowledge (such as products, solutions, industries and market knowledge) and 'soft-skills' (complement to general development programs led by Country Human Resource).
b. Process and behavior specific programs.
c. Organization readiness programs to support business initiative and product launch

3. Performance Management & Assessment
Derive effective and non-threatening assessment strategies to enable the learners to get positive feedback from the assessment process:
a. Design the development roadmap and competence framework for individual and functional teams.
b. Design and implement assessment system.
c. Report organization development accomplishments.


Qualifications
1. University graduate or above
2. Minimum 8 years working experience in multinational company Sales or Marketing function
3. Relevant experience in project management and training development will be a plus
4. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Good communication skills.
