职位描述：

工作地点：

中国合肥(合肥八中国际部）、浙江绍兴（越州中学国际部）、福建福州（福州八中国际部）

工作内容：

用双语（中文和英文）授课或全英文授课

教授数学（含统计）、物理、生物、化学、计算机、生物或经济其中一科或几科；

认真备课和授课，严格按照教学辅导计划按时完成教学内容；
严格执行课程计划，上好每门课程，促进学生均衡的全面进步；
积极参加教学部的教研教改工作，不断总结教学经验，改进教学方法；

及时与家长沟通，让家长知道学员在辅导学校的个阶段的详细的学习情况和心理状态；

有能力教授全英文美国教材

资质要求：

数学、物理、化学、生物、计算机、经济等相关专业；（数理化学科老师各5名，计算机、生物、经济学老师各3名）

能同时教授几门优先考虑；

必须有出国经历，硕士及以上学历；

有海外教学经验的优先考虑；

拥有博士学历，有中国高校全英文授课经验但无出国经验的，同样予以考虑；

了解美国文化，流利使用并熟练英文表达，能适应全英文教学

薪酬待遇：

岗位工资，年薪140,000.00-350,000.00RMB；教学经验丰富或教学管理经验丰富或在海外有多年留学经验者，享有较高工资待遇。

绩效和/或奖金；

岗位工资随工作评价提升；

本单位提供住房
