岗位职责：

1、负责本中心学期和学年招生总体工作计划，并负责组织实施；

2、负责本中心招生计划汇总上报；招生指标任务的分解、周控、跟进、落实；招生数据的统计、上报；

3、负责本中心招生宣传的审核、报批工作及招生活动方案制定，报批工作；

4、负责本部门招生工作人员的管理、绩效考核工作；

5、负责制定本部门员工岗位培训计划，定期组织实施，并做好培训记录。

 

 

任职要求：

1、2年以上营销工作经验，1年以上管理工作经验，具有教育培训行业从业背景；

2、有丰富的招生管理经验，了解招生咨询工作的流程；

3、具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；

4、精通网络营销、地面推广、会议营销、渠道拓展；

5、具有卓越的执行力、沟通协调能力、组织管理能力，学习力强，善于团队合作 举报 分享
