职位描述：
- BS or MS in computer programming for engineering or scientific purposes;
- 5+ years experience with software support of fab-based process or metrology tools (SECS GEM);
- Microsoft MFC, OOP/OOD, UML. Skilled at development and implementation of user interfaces (GUI), C++ code systems programming, de-bugging and code documentation;
- Computer device interface, RS232, A/D, D/A, real time data acquisition and control;
- Knowledge of motion control, embedded application programming, TCP/IP is a plus;
- Experience with integration robotics and wafer handling command structures into system SW;
- Experience with system integration of electrical, mechanical and computation functions, including support of tool-host computer communications;
- Excellent trouble shooting skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Basic knowledge on semiconductor Physics and Math. 举报 分享
