1.负责建筑专业的方案设计，与顾客沟通方案的构思，方案的调整、修改、跟踪。
2.带领团队承担大、中型项目的建筑设计工作，安排设计人员开展项目方案阶段的设计工作。
3.完成与业主沟通、汇报协调的工作。
4. 负责方案汇报，协调甲方提出的要求。
任职资格：
1.正规院校建筑学及相关专业本科以上学历。
2.5年以上大型甲级设计院或公司工作经验。
3.了解国内外各类建筑设计思想，熟悉国家设计规范,能独立设计。
4.对建筑设计有执着追求，思维敏锐、活跃，勇于创新，极强的方案设计能力及表现能力。
5.敬业负责，具有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通、协调能力。
6.熟练使用各种建筑设计软件。
