职位描述
JD/
RETAIL and SALES CONTROLLING/
- Make sales planning and achievement of store in Monthly, Weekly and Daily after receiving the sales target from HQ, and complete the Sales Controlling System.
- Insure that all the Store Procedure for the Retail Operations is executed correctly.
- Perform Daily sales morning meeting.
- Control the sales target and sales performance of each staff
- Coordinate to set the Personal Career Path within company OC.
- Daily maintenance of Sales Controlling System.
STAFF MANAGEMENT/
- Ensure and Focus on a stable and low staff turnover rate.
- Recruiting: interview the candidates for the store staff (sales assistant and sr sales assistant), after the first resume screening done by HR Department, and recruit the staff conforming to the company’s requirement.
- Recommend and market hunt the proper staff for vacancies.
- Staff Performance Management: support the RetOpMngr in delivering the performance appraisal (May and November), and proposing the Salary review for the store staff. Together with the RetOpMngr, discuss with the staff about the salary review, once approved by the Headquarter.
- Staff Training: Act as a local trainer for the day by day training and the integration of the new staff.
- Store roster, Overtime: prepare the Store roster and Overtime Report to HQ and insure the overtime is well controlled.
- Ensure staff grooming is correct and attractive, up to company’s standard.
INVENTORY/
- Monthly stock taking: perform monthly stock taking and ensure no discrepancies in both QUANTITY and VALUE.
- Stock rotation: stock transfers in between of shops and warehouse according to MD planning DPT.
- Stock room management: mapping storage area and organizing to the best efficiency and convenient of usage.
- Set up a daily Stock Taking System
- Insure the store is always ready for the Inventory Random Check by a third party.
- Ensure all certificates and label of product ready to sale according to local legal requirement of commerce.
- Perform inventory products training to staff.
- Defective product management according to the requirement of the HQ.
VISUAL/
- Display: set up and control the Windows Display and shop floor display according Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Internal Visual: prepare the Internal Visual, periodically check the status and take the necessary actions.
- Visual Training: support the Visual Merchandising Manager in delivering the visual training to all the store staff.
- Lights controlling: make sure all light are well used to mainly highlight displayed products.
STORE OPERATIONS /
- Store Maintenance, Security and Image: coordinating with HQ, insure that the store look properly in terms of image (cleaning, furniture etc), insure that all the activities required by security law and regulations are done properly and on time.
- Make sure the store procedures SOPs are well followed with standard.
- Store Expenses: Petty cash managing and Expenses report, meeting the requirement of the Finance DPT.
- Control and save the operation costs.
- Ensure reports sent from shop are correct with quality.
- Maintain good relationship with landlord.
- Deal with the emergency according to the National Regulations and Company Requirement
CRM /
- Ensure a high standard of customer service level.
- Customer complaints handling: make sure the best balance between Customer satisfaction and Company benefit.
- Plan and attract targeted NEW VIP of store.
- Ensure staff completing each VIP data with requirement.
- Analysis store VIP preferences and frequency of visiting.
- Ensure staff are maintaining close relationship with customer and be able to do presale.
- Staff CRM training and coaching
- Assist PR and Marketing DPT to make event in store.
Service standard and MSP/
- Insure the service standard are well delivered to our customer by each staff.
- Insure each staff sufficiently understand the MSP and proficient in the whole procedure.
- Insure the MSP score of the store reaches the standard.
- Complete the training of MSP to every staff, and ensure each staff can independently cope with the MSP visit and meet the standard.
- Keep smooth communication with the Training DPT.
Requirement/
- Fulfill the requirement of ASM as consideration.
- Strong sense of retail, customer service with customer-oriented.
- Mature, hands on and able to work independently under pressure.
- Good communications skill, it will be a plus if with sense of humor.
- Good leadership and Strong ability in staff management with good interpersonal skill.
- Good grasp of numbers and good calculation skill.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken) is preferred.
- Good skill of computing like MS office etc.
- Good skills of problem solving
- 7 years’ experience in retail industry with at least 4 years at shop supervisory level
- Previous experience in Luxury sector
