职位描述：
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
Consulting Business Units to document, visualize and align Business Processes in the area of manufacturing, services, sales, marketing and IT.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze Business Processes and run interviews with several process owner and involved business departments
- Document all processes which are in scope in BIC (GBTec) Platform useing BPMN 2.0 and EPK
- Manage to get processes free of redundancy and modelling them across departments
- Show potential synergies using visualization of process map
- Independent recognizing of business and process related issues within the value added chain
- Consulting Process Owner and Business Departments with prioritization of digitization for already documented processes
- Being central spokesmen across all IT and HUB departments for BPMN and EPK method

Requirements:
- Bachalor degree is preferred (Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analysis role
- English business fluent
- very strong communication skills
- well experienced in BPM methods (BPMN2.0 & EPK)
- comprehension of very complex interrelationships
- analytical and conceptual thinking
