Responsibilities

l Prepare in-depth weekly and monthlyanalytics reports across different search engines platform for optimization

l Develop social content plan and managesocial calendar

l Develop social fan growth and engagementplan, establish and achieve social KPI together with digital agency

l Managing advertisement placement ondifferent platforms

l Analyze the performance of website andcampaigns and implement right strategies in order to achieve expectation andKPIs

l Process communications requests from internalpartners and achieve marketing objectives

Qualifications

l Bachelor’s degree

l 3+ years of hands-on experience in digitalmarketing, branding and marketing communications

l Experience in SEO to drive higher leadconversions and optimizing account for higher click through rates.

l Experience in Baidu Analytics with PaidSearch and understanding of Baidu’s PPC platform

l Experience in social media management,including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, Zhihu and BBS forums

l Proven experience in emotional articles,writing viral, engaging and online engagement activities

l Passionate for internet and digital, deepinsights into China’s social media landscape

l Proven experience in project management withability to multitask and prioritize

l Good presentation skills and use of PPT orother editing tools
