职位描述：
1.办理劳动合同的签订、解除和终止等相关手续；
2.负责人事档案、劳动合同、员工资料信息库的建立、维护和管理工作；
3.组织制订和实施公司的教育培训计划，并监督各部门教育培训情况，合理控制培训费用；
4.协助做好人力资源招聘任用工作；
5.办理养老、医疗、失业保险费、公积金和个人所得税的缴交工作；
6.负责本岗位职责范围相关制度的拟制、修订及执行；
7.做好文件资料的收集、整理和归档工作；
8.具备基础的计算机操作能力；
