岗位职责：
1. 负责公司新媒体和多屏业务的解决方案设计、并协助销售队伍完成销售目标；
2. 独立撰写售前方案，为项目决策提供方案支持，优秀的解决方案撰写能力和呈现技巧；
3. 配合销售经理挖掘和把握客户需求，协助销售经理引导客户的消费取向及技术谈判等工作；
4. 协助销售经理进行项目应标，负责解决客户技术咨询问题；
5. 针对客户的系统需求，进行售前培训和系统试用。

任职资格：
1.本科以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验。
2.对媒体行业的技术变革和新业务模式发展有深刻理解；
3.有强烈创业精神和责任感、能够承担工作压力；
4.优秀的项目方案撰写能力；
5.3年以上项目竞投标经验，具有产品管理、方案设计，或系统开发方面经验；
6.良好的主动性和团队合作意识，良好的沟通能力，有较强的客户沟通和谈判能力；
7.良好的团队协作精神和客户服务意识；
8.有IPTV、网络视频的相关运营或技术供应的工作经验者优先；
9.有广电或视频网站客户工作经验者优先。
