Overview:
RSC Chemical Solutions, headquartered in North Carolina USA, is a privately held leading chemical manufacturer and marketer of automotive, industrial, retail and other specialty products. We offer a full range of distinguished and famous brands (GUNK ®, LIQUID WRENCH®, MotorMedic ®, and TITE-SEAL®) that offer innovative solutions tailored to users who work with their hands to make, fix and maintain things. RSC exports to 80 countries and is looking to accelerate its market presence and growth in China.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing all the sales, marketing, technical support & training in the assigned Northern China regions to achieve sales target as well as increase customers’ satisfaction and promote the brand image. Home office sales role located in Beijing with significant in-territory travel.

General Requirements:

* College degree in business with preference for technical and/or automotive engineering specialization.

* At least 10 years of sales and marketing experience in automotive aftermarket with preference for prior work experience with both local and foreign companies.

* Must have demonstrated, successful experience dealing with, coordinating and growing business with distributors, workshop dealers and 4S dealers in the Chinese automotive industry.

* Understanding of car functioning / working mechanism is required, experience in engine oil or fuel is an advantage.

* Must have English language skills to communicate verbally and in writing.

* Good communication and expression as it relates to demo and display of the products professionally to customers.

* Must be cooperative and a team player.

* Proficient computer skills - MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

* Ability to travel at very least 60% of time.

Responsibilities:

* Manage existing sub-distributors through sales planning, sales calls to dealers, and other sales related activities to achieve the sales targets for each sub-distributor.

* Provide product training and technical training on equipment to sub-distributors and dealers.

* Provide sales support, technical support, logistics & warehouse support, customer/order follow-up and collection support.

* Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager, China in recruiting new sub-distributors in the assigned region.

* Support the marketing events to promote GUNK brand in China, both nationally and regionally

 * Collect, evaluate and track the market information and data, give proposals and suggestions regarding the company’s expansion in China.
