职位描述：
Responsibility & Routine:
1. First response to any process related issue during the production. Be responsible for daily process management, compilation and updating process document; include flow chart, working instruction, SW documents, PFMEA, etc.
2. Design process and layout for new products. Set up all elements for Lean Cell and ensure Lean Cell operation under all FBS criteria.
3. Familiar to the Bill of Materials to build the product, BOM and routing audit for new products.
4. Provides manufacturing inputs for DFM (DFMEA) to design teams, completing PFMEA during NPI.
5. Support to ECR & ECO evaluation and implementation.
6. Drive continuous improvement on productivity improvement, quality improvement and process optimization
7. Production tools, fixtures and equipment's planning, setup and TPM process set up/training to TPM technician.
8. Lean cell setup and continue to improve
9. Automation design to improve the productivity.
10. Other business support
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical/automation or industrial engineering with at least 2 year’s relevant experience.
2. Familiar with production management and has onsite support experience.
3. Familiar with Lean production and continuous improvement.
4. Good communication and coordination skills, team working and self-driven spirits.
5. Fluent in English communication (both written & oral), good command of computer skills.
