APAC STS COE Manager (Semiconductor Test)
Location: NI Shanghai Office (上海)
Responsibilities:
？ Working with APAC regional BDM team, regional SE team and US STS COE team, to define, implement and drive a standardized process to support STS high growth plan in APAC region.
？ Drives cross-functional engagement, project execution to fulfill the STS configuration management.
？ Effectively leads the team to integrate/analyze requests from various sources and market trends to develop and drive for competitive platform based solutions with alignment with company product strategy for APAC semiconductor customers. Interface with regional SE team to ensure seamless transition of the solutions to market. Also conduct periodic review to maximize ROI with APAC leadership.
？ Participates in STS opportunities pipeline meeting and ensure a close alignment with the STS business team. Participates in the APAC regional STS project review meetings to support regional STS projects and lead the consolidation and communication to APAC leadership.
？ Uses industry standard techniques & tools to measure progress against project and business objectives.
？ Drives continuous improvement in metrics and process by working with BDM team. Implement and drive consistent adoption of standardized/re-use platform based solutions.
？ Coaches and develops team members.
 
Requirements:
？ Master degree or higher, major in EE, Communications Engineering, Micro-electronics or other related fields;
？ At least 10 years of working experience in semiconductor test including digital test, mixed-signal test or RF test and proven track-record of management skills.
？ Used to work in a global matrix organization, especially Services and Support organization.
？ Strategic and positive thinking
？ Strong ability to communicate verbally or in writing, both in English and Chinese.
