外企包装公司，目前国内市场占有率40%，全球市场占有率30%。
该职位负责国内IT全部工作。

JOB DESCRIPTION
Partnering the business and other functions in implementing value added initiatives from IT perspectives for china 5 plants;
？ Managing Complete IT infrastructure of an all 5 plants including LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Information security policy, Facility management, Vendor Management services.
？ Sound knowledge of Server operating system installation and configuration, Application server installation. Virtual server knowledge preferred.
？ Planning for yearly IT projects, maintenance of existing IT infrastructure and preparing the IT Budget for the financial year.
？ Benchmarking with the reputed vendors for the external service to get the best service & cost. Defining SLA (Service level agreement) & NDA (Non discloser agreement) for external service to keep tack on the service as well as organization security.
？ Undertaking the Helpdesk Management, Monitoring the daily activities for support team and assisting the support team to meet SLA, Co-coordinating with corporate IT at India to get the It issue resolved.
？ Working with corporate SAP team providing local user support to ensure day to day SAP business running smoothly and keep its utilization improvement continually;
？ Working together with corporate IT to provide with suitable IT systems and information security solutions, implement and manage them.
QUALIFICATION - Bachelor or above, major in computer science or related majors.
- Minimum 5 years IT support experience with 2 year management experience - Experiences in Windows server system, network devices and familiar with ERP (SAP is prefer) system.
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Detail orientation, strong interpersonal skills and team work leader with strong business knowledge 举报 分享
