They’re the face, voice and protector of our Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) business, rallying our teams to build successful relationships. At the same time, they act as the sponsor who makes sure these relationships are sound, credit-qualified and meet our high standards.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
On a daily basis, a Relationship Manager will be responsible for the following:
? Actively sourcing clients via cold call, personal resources, and channels, hunt in quality clients to bank, strong ownership to performance and bank, strong will to be top performer.
? Eager to learn and capable to adapt to a change environment promptly, positive and aggressive
? Ensuring that all activities are carried out to the highest ethical standards by generously devoting time to staying up to date on all local and internal compliance, control and operational regulations and flagging off any AML/franchise related issues and keep abreast of all policies & processes
? Working with product specialists and subject matter experts across the bank to structure customized solutions that meet clients’ unique needs
? Being future-focused in thinking and planning ahead for ways Citi can differentiate itself from competitors
? Leveraging the expertise and capabilities of other Citi businesses to better achieve mutual business goals together
? Keeping connected with influencers, industry associations, thought leaders and senior business contacts to expand their industry knowledge and deepen CCB’s relationship with these partners
? Driving innovation on the solutions we provide clients and further developing our business where necessary and appropriate
? Cross-selling & Client Engagement - Developing and managing client relationships through regular client engagement to ensure revenue maximization and increasing Citi’s wallet share in overall banking arrangement
KEY REQUIREMENTS
A successful Relationship Manager has these skills
? A deep understanding of their role as a key builder and protector of the strong CCB culture that enables our teams to deliver remarkable experiences to clients
? An optimistic and proactive approach to finding new opportunities for clients, looking beyond immediate business silos
? Ability to embrace new technology and understand the role digital plays in the experience we deliver for our clients
Typically, someone in this role has the following experience
? Minimum 3 years of marketing or sales experience with sound track record, banking or TMT industry experience will be additional bonus point.
? Solid relationship building and management skills in client
? Good understanding of the behavior of TMT/high Tech/digital clients and their banking needs
? Aggressive, ambitious and keen to create and follow up on business opportunities
? Positive to challenge and persistent in delivery results.
? Bachelor degree or above
