职位描述：
SUMMARY This position is responsible for assisting the Retail Manager in managing and coordinating the retail operation in an all-around way. Ensure a smooth operation and enhance operation efficiency at all time to achieve an optimal sales performance.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? To assist in managing stores’ daily retail/operation flow
? To responsible for the store-related functions as security/cleansing/telephone/network and etc
? To update retail operation guide and other SOP related.
? To follow-up store repair & maintenance
? To follow up the stores commercial performances through different sales analysis and productivity reports
? To prepare sales plan and target in collaboration with the Retail Manager
? To manage the inventory status, stock transfer and delivery control
? To act as a link between the store line team and the trade marketing team to ensure the accurate execution on store level
? To provide administrative support to store



QUALIFICATIONS

? Degree and above in Business Administration or equivalent
? Minimum 1-2 year relevant retail operation experience
? Proficient in MS Office
? A good team player with excellent analytical, presentation and communication skill
? A fast learner, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
? Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
