Main Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement specific solutions and provide thought leadership to address Talent Acquisition challenges and
improvement needs with global strategic view.
2. Provide highly effective internal & external recruitment for senior positions globally.
3. Develop creative recruitment solutions to attract and acquire top talents esp. for niche or critical roles.
4. Promote alternative recruitment and sourcing channels in order to drive in a timely, high quality and cost-effective manner in
Talent Acquisition.
5. Develop line managers’ capability on interviewing and selection by providing training and coaching on interviewing techniques
and assessment tools etc.
6. Proactively participate in driving optimization, simplification and standardization of recruitment SOPs within the company.
7. Lead Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
8. Establish appropriate networks outside in semiconductor industry to keep close watch on the talent market movement.
9. Devise or introduce effective evaluation method, assessment tools to enhance the hiring quality.
10.Manage and evaluate external vendors and job boards, negotiate and leverage for cost advantage for talent sourcing activities.
11.Provide insight into the Labor Market Intelligence.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in HR management, Psychology, Business administration or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years recruiting experience, including hands-on recruiting, implementation of a recruiting strategy, development of
campus networking and managing multicultural teams.
3. Experience recruiting for a multi-national company.
4. Experience in senior position recruitment.
5. In house and Headhunter recruitment or HR generalist experience and knowledge preferred.
6. Fluent oral and written in English.
Specific Skills and Knowledge:
1. Demonstrated track record of delivering strong recruiting results.
2. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and relations.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strategic thinking– ability to diagnose and translate.
5. Strong analytical skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to influence people at all levels of an organization.
7. Proven Project management across multiple markets.
